Shipping policy

We service New Zealand Wide from our online store, We do not ship internationally.

We aim to have all orders shipped out within 24-48 hours for purchase. Some items on our store are in-stock with us and other items are with external suppliers.

DELIVERY TIME & PROVIDERS
We will be working our back sides off to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

We use NZ Post / Courier Post for smaller deliveries, timeframes may be subject to their delays. Once your order is dispatched, you can expect to receive it within the below timeframes:

  • North Island – 1-2 working days,
  • South Island - 2-3 working days.
  • Waiheke, Stewart & Great Barriers Islands – 2-3 working days.

If it is heading to a Rural Delivery address, please allow an extra 2-3 working days on top of those time frames. *Rural Delivery, Waiheke, Stuart, and Great Barrier Islands all incur extra rural charge of $7 – if you don’t select the rural option at checkout, we will be in contact with you to process this or request a standard delivery address.

We use Mainfreight for larger deliveries, timeframes are dependent on your location and on occasion you may be required to collect items from your local Mainfreight depot.

We use ChemCouriers for dangerous goods deliveries, timeframes are dependent on your location.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Deliveries to Great Barrier Island are for collection from drop-off point only, there is no door to door delivery service on Great Barrier Island.
  • We cannot courier to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.
  • All of the goods we send are insured up to the point of delivery.
  • We’re not covered for any goods that are damaged or stolen after being delivered.
  • Roam Vehicle Outfitters retains the rights to change/amend shipping costs in case it has been incorrectly calculated.
  • Roam Vehicle Outfitters will contact you to provide the accurate cost prior to dispatch should this differ from what is displayed on your order.

 

CANCELLATION
Roam Vehicle Outfitters Limited may refuse to accept or cancel any order or delivery of goods at any time by giving written notice to you. Roam Vehicle Outfitters Limited shall not be liable for any loss as a result from such cancellation.
