The 2020+ Defender rear bar is constructed from 5mm steel which provides a high level of strength and durability.

Manufacturing:

The bar is manufactured using advanced manufacturing techniques with the entire bar being laser cut before being neatly folded using a press brake folder, once again all in Australia with Australian materials.

Configurable Carriers:

Each carrier (both left and right) shares common symmetrical bases which allow for different uprights and accessories to be bolted on. This will allow you to easily choose your desired carrier setup and modify it with ease down the track.

The Jerry Can holder can hold two inline Jerry Cans or one Jerry Can and one 4kg Gas Bottle.

You can choose from:

Tyre carrier - driver side or passenger side
Twin inline jerry can holder / Jerry Can & Gas Bottle Holder
Twin tyre carrier - 33'' tires only

Additional bolt on carrier accessories will be sold separately.

When configured with twin tyre carrier uprights, the 2020+ Defender rear bar will be able to hold two 33 inch spare tires or a single 35 inch spare tyre when paired with one of our other carrier arm accessories.

Colour Coding:

Colour coding is available for an extra $720. This allows for the carrier arms and bar base to be sandblasted, zinc powder primed and painted.

Mounting:

The bar features two large mounting points to provide optimal strength for impacts from a range of angles. The bars main mounting points are on the back of the chassis at the rear, where steel plates fix the bar to the vehicle with a series of bolts.

Installation:

Fitting is available from our Showroom in New Plymouth, priced at $500.
Fitting will involve the removal of the factory bumper, fitting of the new rear bar, wiring of LED lighting and relocation of number plate.
